Delivery:
We’ve partnered with New Zealand Couriers and aim to have your goods delivered within 2-3 days (depending on where you live). Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a “Track and Trace” link via e-mail, so you can track your delivery.
Payment for Goods:
Payment for your goods is due at time of order.
Status of Your Order:
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your payment was successful and that your order has been received.
We will also send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping:
Our team wants to make sure that your product arrives in great condition. If your product arrives damaged, please email us at orders@petdepot.co.nz and we will get it sorted.
Pet Depot Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive from Pet Depot, we will provide a replacement or a refund so long as the products are returned in original condition within 14 days of purchasing.
