Freight Charges
Freight is free on all orders $75 and over. If your order is under $75 there will be a $6.95 freight charge.
Delivery
We’ve partnered with New Zealand Couriers and aim to have your goods delivered within 2-3 days (depending on where you live). Once your order has been despatched, you will be sent a “Track and Trace” link via e-mail, so you can track your delivery. We do not require a signature when delivering your product unless it is sent to a business location.
Status of Your Order
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your payment was successful and that your order has been received. We will also send you an e-mail as soon as your order has been despatched. Our team want to make sure that your product arrives in great condition, however if your product arrives damaged, please email us at orders@petdepot.co.nz and we will get it sorted.
